Everything was good except for my experience with the receptionist. My new co-pay is $25 since June 12, 2023. The receptionist said my insurance company hasn’t updated their website. The website is correct, it’s an individual thing. Call the insurance company to verify what I was told by them. Then give me a credit or a refund for the times I paid $30. Not just I will take your word and charge me $25 for this visit. Someone needs to call my insurance company, then give me a credit or a refund if what I was told is accurate . Thank you

Amanda and her student were most thorough in the development of the urological issues for my handicapped son. The student interviewed me about the issues taking many notes on his symptoms. Amanda was well informed of his conditions when she arrived to support his diagnosis. My son was given the proper care quickly through this process. I was very satisfied with the conclusion of his appointment.
