Everyone was nice but the wait was Horrible!!!! My appt was at 1:45 and they didn’t call me back until 3:15!!!!

It was a very busy time but Dianne made time for me. We came up with a plan. Needed an override for a new prescription and she helped with that in a timely manner. I hope it all works out.
