It was fantastic! The receptionist was great. Took me 10 minutes early. Dr. Saw me right away and he talked to me - not at me! They notice that the patients time is important too. I was in and out in 20 minutes.

Very compassionate to my feelings. A seasoned professional taking my opinions into account and offered options.
Would have hoped for more numbing agent/ lubrication when inserting catheter. Would have liked a paper on catheter after care

The procedure was similar to what was explained to me beforehand. I experienced the painful pinches and uncomfortablenesses during the procedure. The doctor and his assistant were friendly and reassuring and helped me understand what they were doing. They were very efficient and I felt they knew what they were doing. I’m thankful to them and that it’s over.
