They told me that they could do no testing for my condition that started two weeks before my initial appointment and just said it might be chronic and i’d just have to live with it. Definitely getting a second opinion because this is ridiculous.

Everything was good except for my experience with the receptionist. My new co-pay is $25 since June 12, 2023. The receptionist said my insurance company hasn’t updated their website. The website is correct, it’s an individual thing. Call the insurance company to verify what I was told by them. Then give me a credit or a refund for the times I paid $30. Not just I will take your word and charge me $25 for this visit. Someone needs to call my insurance company, then give me a credit or a refund if what I was told is accurate . Thank you
