Except for being a little late in calling me, (I waited 30 minutes and I’m an impatient person) everyone treated me very well. They were polite and courteous and apologetic for delay. They told me they’re there if I ever need them, can you beat that?

I have never had a doctor call me back in 5 minutes on a Saturday morning, but he did. You don’t generally get that kind of personal attention from a doctor now-a-days.

Dr. Haseebuddin was excellent in discussing my issues with me. He carefully explained treatment and the exam was done skillfully. The receptionist was very cordial and my checkout was handled efficiently by the other person (nurse?) in the office. I was somewhat dismayed by the tiny 4 chair waiting area with 4 people already there when I entered. The 6.5’ by 9’ exam room was also claustrophobic and drab. In spite of the physical characteristics of the setting, my care was excellent.

Every aspect of my time with family urology associates from the receptionist to the doctor far exceeded my expectations a great practice and will only thrive in the Frederick area. I came from Gettysburg and my daughter recommended family urology after her son was treated for a kidney stone. Thank you for all that you do
